Pan-Ark Estates

Pan-Ark Estates Metro District was formed in December 2021 and is located in Twin Lakes, CO. If you have District related questions, you may send an email to panarkestates@ccgcolorado.com.

The Pan-Ark Estates Metro District’s primary service is to provide road maintenance for the dirt roads throughout the District. The District has established regulations for the roads found here. Please contact us for more information.

At the June 29, 2022, Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved the rental of equipment and the hiring of an operator for grading the roads. Recently, the District’s Intergovernmental Agreement for insurance coverage and binding has been completed. This step was a necessary and important part of the process of allowing the District to rent the grader to maintain the roads. Now that the insurance agreement has been finalized, the District has moved forward with acquiring the grader. The grader is scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, August 3, 2022. We have confirmed with the grader operator, and he informed us that work will begin on Thursday, August 4, 2022.
