Request for Interested Board Members
Dear Pan-Ark Estates Property Owners,
The Pan-Ark Estates Metropolitan District is seeking interested property owners to serve on the District’s Board of Directors. Serving on the Board is a great way to contribute to decisions affecting maintenance, budgeting, and overall direction.
Who Can Serve?
Under Colorado law, to be eligible to serve on a special district board, you must:
- Be an eligible elector of the District (generally meaning you are a property owner or resident within the District, or the spouse/civil union partner of one), and
- Be registered to vote in Colorado.
Board members are typically elected in May odd-year elections (or appointed to fill a vacancy until the next election), and serve staggered terms to provide continuity.
